DSC02 HMS is a plyometric box designed for crossfit training. By tilting the box to different sides, we can get three heights and adjust them to the trainee’s level of progress.
The material of the box is made of wood plywood, which forms the folds of the dough, guaranteeing the stability and durability of the structure.
In addition, the walls are covered with a special coating that prevents the shoes from slipping during exercise. Another advantage of the coating is that it is very easy to remove dirt from it after training.
The edges of the box are chiseled and the inside is reinforced, making the workout safe.
Two cut-out holes make it easy to carry the box.
